Italian Week 2018


  The Italian Trade Agency and the Italian Embassy in Jordan collaborated with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts during the Italian Food Week that took place from 22 November 2018 until 25 November 2018.

The activities of the Italian Week included a presentation delivered by ITA to RACA’s students about the Italian Culinary Culture and Ingredients. It also included a Pastry workshop with RACA’s students and a Gala Dinner prepared by chef Marco Munero with the help of RACA’s students.
