“I am currently working at the British Embassy in Amman as the Head Chef for the British Ambassador. The British residence is mostly like a small hotel where we always have guests, day to day running operations and many events, which requires not only my culinary skills, but also my managerial skills that I have developed over the years by learning at RACA and by working previously in different positions at many five-star hotel brands.
My advice to future chefs is to always follow your passion and your dream, and to find the place you can invest in, and that’s what I did by joining RACA in 2015, as it opened many doors for me and helped me in building my career.”
