Our 2019 alumnus chef Mohannad Jaradat, who’s currently working as a Chef De Partie at Le Pavillon Restaurant in New York, owned by the famous chef Daniel Boulud. Mohannad was within the team working towards owning the Michelin Star for the restaurant, in addition to his contribution in adding Jordanian ingredients to the plates served at Le Pavillon, such as Jameed, Halawa, Kunafa dough and Date Syrup.
