“I’m currently the Sous Chef at The Plaza Hotel in New York since 2022, after having worked at the Wall Street Hotel, and previously at Bar Boulud. Prior to that, I’ve worked as a Chef de Partie in La Regence at King David Hotel in Jerusalem.

My advice for upcoming chefs is to stay open for learning as it is a continuous process that never ends, improve what they’ve done yesterday and stay consistent; because consistency will get you to travel the work and stand out!”
