The best decision I made is that I followed my passion for Culinary Arts and I studied at RACA, as it was the best two years of my life.

I now own two restaurants in Jerusalem: Hero’s Donuts and Roots Restaurant, after having worked for one year and a half in King David Hotel.

The knowledge, experience and confidence I have is due to my time at RACA, as I apply what I’ve studied in operating and managing my restaurants; therefore I recommend interested youth to follow their dreams!”
