Royal Academy of Culinary Arts

Chef Amal Issa

2012 was a different year where I visited the royal academy of culinary arts – Les Roches for an open day event. at the end of the day, I knew how my future will be, two years later I’ve enrolled myself in the academy.

the academy provides an internship where we excel our skills and knowledge which was in 2016 in intercontinental Amman where we have participated as students in kitchen rotations, opportunities, events, and VIP events.

discovering that my dream job was waiting for me at the Fairmount Hotel in Amman – pastry chef, and to be from the opening team which led me to won a certificate of recognition from the same hotel.

I took pastry training in Le Royal Amman, Intermediate Gelato course by Carpigiani Gelato University, Teatime pastry Workshop by Valhrona and so much more.

through the knowledge and the skills was gained from the royal academy, the training, skills made me able to start my own business Cakeology for designed cakes two years later by coincidence when I started to make birthday cakes for my friends and family then their friends and family started asking me to bake them birthday cakes, one cake after another and I’m still growing.

My main goal is to excel in my field and give out perfect delicious cakes every time and be recognized internationally.

this is Amal Issa, the Cakeology owner.
