Meet our 2018 alumnus, Chef Ahmad Al-Akash who’s about to kick off his new role as Chef De Partie in Filia Miami, after working as a chef for a year in The Bazaar by Michelin Star Chef Jose Andrés, where he gained practical experience in Fine Dining of Spanish cuisine with a Latin influence using molecular gastronomy.
