I am currently working in Canada as a Chef De Partie in JW Marriott Vancouver, after I’ve worked at Fairmont Lake Louis, and before that as a Chef De Partie in Hawksworth restaurant.
After graduating from RACA in 2019, I worked for a year at Four Seasons Hotel Amman, and for my internship semester at RACA, I’ve done it at NH Hotels Canary Islands.
I advise future chefs to seek discomfort because sky is the limit!”
