Position: Lead Service Instructor
Mr. Zaid joined RACA in 2018. He holds a B.A. in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from Kendall College in Chicago and a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. Mr. Zaid has around 10 years of experience in the hospitality, culinary and technical education fields. He worked in some of the best hotels around the United States and UAE after graduation. At RACA, he is responsible for teaching Food and Beverage Service techniques in Fine Dining Restaurants, as well as, overlooking and supporting the front of house operation at the academy.
