Position: Lead Culinary Instructor
Chef Tareq Abu Nameh joined RACA in 2016. He holds a B.A. degree in Hospitality Management from Eastern Michigan University in the USA, and a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. Chef Tareq started his career in the food service industry in 1997. He has over 22 years of experience in hospitality and technical education fields. He is currently in charge of overlooking and supporting the back of house operation at the academy, and teaching some subjects such as Sustainability in F&B & Environmental Awareness, Sensory Evaluation & Flavor Pairing, and Modern Cooking Techniques.
