Chef Jacques Rossel joined RACA in 2014. He obtained his Professional Diploma in Culinary Arts from Switzerland in 1978, and has worked in the Hospitality Industry ever since, including more than 20 years of experience as an Executive Chef, leading various five-star hotel kitchens within the Middle East and Africa.
As a Campus Director, Chef Jacques is in charge of ensuring that the overall operation of the Royal Academy is in line with RACA strategy, mission, vision, and values. Chef Jacques also represents RACA in the industry and sets slid ground to maintain relationship with RACA partners and to grow its network locally and internationally. Part of his passion toward education and culinary kept him engaged in teaching senior students Management-related subjects.
