Position: Culinary Instructor
Chef Jihan joined RACA in 2015. She holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and a B.A. degree in English literature from Philadelphia University besides different certificates in Food Hygiene and Food & Beverage Costing. Chef Jihan has a total of 10 years of experience: 5 years in the hospitality industry in five-star hotels located in Jordan and United Arab Emirates in a sous chef position and another 5 years of experience in the technical education field. She is currently teaching specialized practical and theoretical culinary subjects.
