Chef Amani Alsallaq joined RACA in 2017. She holds a B.A. degree in MIS from Jordan Applied Science University, and a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. Her passion to food helped her to be a professional chef in cooking and pastry. She is currently responsible for teaching Bakery and Pastry practical classes. Chef Amani has more than 6 years of experience in the hospitality field.
