في الاردن والمنطقة برنامج "بكالوريوس ادارة الطعام والشراب"

والذي يمزج بين فنون الطهي والإدارة الفندقية.
تركز الخطة الدراسية للبرنامج على القيم السلوكية
وعقلية الضيافة، حيث يمتاز البرنامج بمزج المهارات الأساسية في
الأدارة والأعمال والقيادة الى جانب التدريب العملي داخل وخارج الأكاديمية،
ويتدرب الطلاب من خلاله لمدة خمسة شهور في الفصل الدراسي
الثالث في أحد الفنادق 5 نجوم لممارسة ما تم تعليمهم إياه في
فنون الطهي في أجواء عمليات حقيقية بالمطبخ. ويعود التدريب العملي
للطالب في الفصل الدراسي السادس في كافة أقسام ومرافق الفندق
من خلال العمل بشكل وثيق ومباشر مع المشرفين والمدراء فيه لتطبيق

The graduates of this program have various opportunities to work in different occupations in food and beverage operation. These include chefs, head cooks (in fast food and regular restaurants), supervisors of beverage preparation workers, food preparation workers, and food and beverage events planners. They can also work as supervisors in Front Office, House Keeping and Banqueting and Events.
The food and beverage industry represents a huge sector of services within the hospitality industry, which includes preparing, presenting and serving food and beverages to the customers on premise (at restaurants and hotels) and off-premise (takeaway, restaurant catering service, and food delivery). Therefore, opportunities also include working as baristas, bartenders, and counter attendants. The program can also pave the way to work in any industry that is based on customer service such as hospitals, embassies, media and catering.

Admission Requirements

  • Applicant must be 18 years old or above.
  • An official copy of a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum average of 60% and a minimum total of 840/1400
  • A completed letter of motivation (250 words) in English stating the reasons why the applicant wants to studyBA in Food & BeverageManagement at RACA.
  • A valid medical certificate; that includes a valid Hepatitis A vaccine.
  • If English is not the applicant’s first language, the student must provide evidence of English language proficiency.
    - TOEFL (ITP) overall score of 407
    - Internet-based TOEFL (IBT) overall score of 33
    - IELTS overall score of 4.5
