You must complete high school in order to be eligible for admission to RACA.

Our main programs are our 2 Year Diploma Program and 1 Year Certificate Program. The Academy offers occasionally short courses for private people and Industry professionals, check on our Facebook for announcements.

Yes, due to our international faculty and student body all our classes are taught in English. A minimum of three years schooling in English, a TOEFL grade of 500 or an IELTS grade of 5.0 is required for English as a second language speakers.

No, we do not. Our courses are structured around full-time study, and require more time than evening classes provide.

RACA’s training prepares students for jobs in the food and beverage industry around the world, and exposes students to cuisine from all over the globe.

RACA operates on an annual trimester structure. Students study year-round (3 trimesters of 14 weeks, including induction and final exam week), five days a week. In total, students receive five days a week, and seven to eight hours a day. In total, students receive 840 hours of practical craft-based learning in our kitchen labs, 672 hours of classroom lessons, and 1200 of Guided Industry Exposure.

The RACA 2-year Diploma program can serve as the start of your Bachelor’s Degree, which can be completed at one of our partner universities.

RACA offers competitively priced fully furnished apartments for rent to accepted students. Located only 10 minutes by car from campus, and close to many amenities and attractions in Amman, these make for great accommodation while studying at RACA.

Students study Sunday-Thursday, for 5 – 7 hours a day. Weekends are personal time, but we do offer Student Activities throughout the year.
